After being awarded the Bronze Botany Prize as an exhibitor in 2019, we would like to introduce you to a large selection of special camellia species again this year. In addition to the winter-flowering japonicas, these also include the autumn-flowering camellias (Camellia sasanqua), various wild forms and the tea plants Camellia sinensis, var. sinensis and Camellia sinensis "Benibana Cha".
We will show you how to propagate camellias in two workshops that will take place on Friday, September 17th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 19th, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Together with the camellia gardener Alexander Haas, we will introduce you to the propagation techniques with seeds and cuttings and also show you moss removal and lowering in detail.
